That said, we are not a five-star hotel, but a shared home designed to offer a cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming stay. • Check‑in after 4:00 pm • Check‑out by 10:00 am • Maximum 2 guests, adults only; not suitable for children or infants • Free street parking is available nearby (first‑come, first‑served) • To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit of essentials (Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) for your arrival. These are not restocked during your stay. For our long-term guests (14+ nights), a $10 cleaning fee is applied to keep your room and shared spaces fresh, which includes a set of clean linens and towels upon request! • Quiet hours: 10 pm–8 am on weekdays, 11 pm–8 am on weekends • No smoking inside the home, no parties or events, and no unregistered overnight guests • Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, monitoring entrances and outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces
