Enjoy your stay in this cozy, budget‑friendly 6‑bedroom home, perfect for groups who want a private, practical base near Yale and local hospitals. When you book, you are renting the entire house, including all six bedrooms, all bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas—nothing is shared with the host or other guests. Each bedroom is set up for rest and productivity and may include: • Comfortable beds with fresh linens and pillows • Room‑darkening shades or curtains for a better night’s sleep • Air conditioning and heating for year‑round comfort • Doors that close fully for privacy • Desks or work surfaces with chairs and fast, reliable Wi‑Fi for study or remote work The common areas are yours to enjoy and include: • Living and lounge spaces where your group can relax after long days at the hospital or campus • A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and basic cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils • Multiple bathrooms prepared for your arrival with fresh towels and basic essentials This setup is ideal for groups who want separate bedrooms plus full, exclusive use of all common areas and outdoor spaces.

Other Details to Note

The air conditioning is available during the summer season. Outside of this period, temperatures are generally mild and comfortable, so AC is not typically needed. However, a portable fan is always available upon request for your comfort. We always strive to provide a five-star, hotel-like experience for our guests, with attention to cleanliness, comfort, and service. That said, we are not a five-star hotel, but a shared home designed to offer a cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming stay. • Check‑in after 4:00 pm; check‑out by 10:00 am. • Maximum 11 guests. Children are welcome, but the house is not child‑proofed, so please supervise children at all times. • Guests may use the driveway and the free street parking available nearby. • To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit of essentials (TP, shampoo, soap, etc.) for your arrival. These are not restocked during your stay. For our long-term guests (14+ nights), a $60 cleaning fee is applied to keep your room and shared spaces fresh, which includes a set of clean linens and towels upon request! • Quiet hours: 10 pm–8 am on weekdays and 11 pm–8 am on weekends to maintain a calm environment for everyone in the home. • No smoking inside the home, no parties or events, and no unregistered overnight guests. • Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and outdoor areas for safety; there are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces.
