The air conditioning is available during the summer season. Outside of this period, temperatures are generally mild and comfortable, so AC is not typically needed. However, a portable fan is always available upon request for your comfort. We always strive to provide a five-star, hotel-like experience for our guests, with attention to cleanliness, comfort, and service. That said, we are not a five-star hotel, but a shared home designed to offer a cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming stay. • Check‑in after 4:00 pm • Check‑out by 10:00 am • Maximum 2 guests, adults only; not suitable for children or infants • Free street parking is available nearby (first‑come, first‑served). This room also includes one dedicated driveway parking spot reserved just for your stay. • To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit of essentials (Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) for your arrival. These are not restocked during your stay. For our long-term guests (14+ nights), a $10 cleaning fee is applied to keep your room and shared spaces fresh, which includes a set of clean linens and towels upon request! • Quiet hours: 10 pm–8 am on weekdays, 11 pm–8 am on weekends • No smoking inside the home, no parties or events, and no unregistered overnight guests • Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, monitoring entrances and outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces

I needed to go to New Haven for a quick trip to Yale New Haven Hospital- which needed to be extended. The hosts had not problem doing that for me. They checked in with me to be sure that I was ok and comfortable! It made a tense situation very manageable! I thank them for that. 🩷

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The room was very clean, comfortable, and actually larger than the pictures show. The bathroom was very clean as well, and the shower was great. The location is excellent, only about a 4-minute drive to Yale New Haven Hospital, which made it very convenient for my schedule. The area was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to rest after long days. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely look for availability here again the next time I’m in town.
