The property is for your use only; no sub-leasing, commercial use, or extra guests. You’re responsible for any damage during your stay. Parking is only allowed in designated spots. Parties, events, or gatherings must have advance written approval. Unauthorized parties will incur a $500 fee and may end your stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM (weekdays), 11 PM–8 AM (weekends). No smoking indoors. Breaking this rule has a $500 fee, plus $200 extra if smoke is detected after your stay. Wash your dishes and place all trash in the bins before check-out. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without approval is $50 per extra 15 minutes. Outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety—please don’t tamper with them. Minimum age to book: 21. Please do not make changes or improvements to the space without permission. For longer stays, an extra cleaning is required every 14 days, at your cost. The owner or staff may enter the property with notice, or immediately in emergencies. By booking, you agree not to hold the owner responsible for injuries or lost items. Additional policies (rates, cancellations, deposits, etc.) are provided separately.

This apartment was perfect for visiting Yale University. Safe and secure location. The host was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds and great WiFi. The small touch amenities were greatly appreciated. We would gladly stay at the property for a future visit.

There's not much more I can add to the countless great reviews for this apartment that hasn't already been said: this home away from home was just perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. We all loved it and all of the gracious touches included. We felt so welcome from the minute we walked in the door. We also appreciated feeling safe and secure up high on the 4th floor. Honestly one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in quite a few over the years. A shout out to the host, who we didn't get a chance to meet in person, but they were so helpful, friendly, and extremely quick to respond. I would book this place again in a heartbeat next time I'm in the delightful and vibrant small city of New Haven!

This is a good place to stay for our Yale visiting tour. Close to the university and plenty of restaurants near by. The apartment is clean and with clear instructions. The host is responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again if have chance to come back.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at All Care! The amenities are great, the apartment came neat, clean, and with the best goodies and necessities! The bed is also very comfortable and I really enjoyed that there was a high chair for my toddler. Def will look forward to booking this Airbnb in the future!
