The air conditioning is available during the summer season. Outside of this period, temperatures are generally mild and comfortable, so AC is not typically needed. However, a portable fan is always available upon request for your comfort. We always strive to provide a five-star, hotel-like experience for our guests, with attention to cleanliness, comfort, and service. That said, we are not a five-star hotel, but a shared home designed to offer a cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming stay. The property is for your use only; no sub-leasing, commercial use, or extra guests. You’re responsible for any damage during your stay. Parking is only allowed in designated spots. Parties, events, or gatherings must have advance written approval. Unauthorized parties will incur a $500 fee and may end your stay. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM (weekdays), 11 PM–8 AM (weekends). No smoking indoors. Breaking this rule has a $500 fee, plus $200 extra if smoke is detected after your stay. Wash your dishes and place all trash in the bins before check-out. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without approval is $50 per extra 15 minutes. Outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety—please don’t tamper with them. Minimum age to book: 21. Please do not make changes or improvements to the space without permission. For longer stays, an extra cleaning is required every 14 days, at your cost. The owner or staff may enter the property with notice, or immediately in emergencies. By booking, you agree not to hold the owner responsible for injuries or lost items. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had very good Wi-Fi. The kitchen was excellently equipped and very roomy, making it easy to prepare meals. Communication with the owner was smooth and very friendly. The location is also a big plus – close to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-equipped and conveniently located place to stay. -

The host was very responsive to questions and sent clear checkin Instructions on the morning of arrival. The apartment was a few minutes walk to Yale University and about 10-15 minutes to downtown. Both areas had many good restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless with stylish furniture. The kitchen was equipped with beautiful dishes, glasses and pot and pans and everything you need to prepare a meal. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The apartment was very quiet at night. We highly recommend this apartment if you are in New Haven. None

The host supplied us with a nice range of items for a simple breakfast and an impressive set of toiletries, if needed. It was clear lots of thought went into making sure we had a pleasant stay.
